Payment
- We accept payment via credit card- Mastercard and Visa only. If you do not own a credit card please call us 0242 281800 or email us info@hytea.com.au with any enquiries

Delivery
- Orders can only be shipped within Australia. For orders outside Australia please email us export@hytea.com.au
- We send all goods via Australia Post and cost for postage will be calculated once you place your order depending on order quantity and delivery location
- If for any reason we are unable to dispatch an order, we will notify you within two business days
- We shall make a sincere attempt to deliver all orders within 7 working days, baring no disruption of postal/courier services or any other hindrances
- Dispatch is subject to stock availability
Order Tracking
- If you do not receive your order within 10 working days of placing the order please call our office 0242 281800 so we can confirm your order status
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order at any time before we dispatch your order, after your order has been sent we do not accept cancellations
- If order is cancelled before despatch all monies paid will be refunded

Returns and Exchanges
- Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
- HyTea must be notified within 7 working days of delivery if the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect
- For goods to be returned or refunded they must not be opened and must be returned in the same condition as received
- After 7 working days of delivery refunds and exchanges will not be accepted
